Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform in-depth trend analysis to support leadership in strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and identify key performance drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to identify areas of underperformance and propose optimization strategies.
- Create regular reports summarizing findings and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to measure the impact of business strategies and campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to a non-technical audience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
