Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and process large volumes of data from various internal sources.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business pain points.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks based on data-driven insights.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Monitor business performance metrics and provide proactive alerts regarding sudden shifts in trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables) and SQL for data extraction.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in data modeling and business process optimization is a significant advantage.
