This hybrid role is designed for someone who excels at bridging the gap between raw financial data and actionable business insights.
In this position, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations while building sophisticated Excel master files to track sales, purchases, and profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial data entry and ensure the accuracy of all ledger records.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel master files to track daily sales, inventory purchases, and operational costs.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor e-commerce marketplace performance, reconciling payment gateways and sales settlements.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and audit preparations.
- Identify and implement improvements to data collection processes to increase efficiency and data reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive, Data Analyst, or in a similar financial reporting role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex formulas are a must).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data into business narratives.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Malay.
