- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into clear data requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support informed strategic decision-making across various business units.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using leading Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Develop and implement scalable data solutions and analytical models to enhance operational efficiency and improve business processes.
- Ensure the highest level of data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all analytical deliverables and reporting.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing business outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data analysis trends to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and governance within the team and across the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis is essential.
- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts and programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is a significant advantage.
