We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Kalideres, Jakarta. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining operational excellence and data integrity. You will be responsible for monitoring transaction patterns, identifying potential fraud, and flagging outlet data irregularities to ensure full compliance with company policies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily transaction logs to detect potential fraud and unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular audits of outlet data to ensure accuracy and operational compliance.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics.
- Perform root cause analysis on data irregularities and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with the operational team to investigate and resolve discrepancies in real-time.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding data health and security trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal fraud detection algorithms and data processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial auditing.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in large, complex datasets.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
