Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive analytics experience with 2+ years in management
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Proven experience translating complex data into business strategies
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in data analytics or project management is advantageous
