In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our brands by analyzing sales performance, monitoring business trends, and providing data-backed insights that guide executive decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and improve overall operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track key sales KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis on sales data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to optimize lead conversion rates and campaign performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights that support strategic business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support internal projects and operational initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or business intelligence context.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
