Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and process large volumes of operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track daily performance metrics.
- Analyze logistics workflows to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Conduct deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to investigate specific operational issues or trends.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear, visual presentations.
- Ensure data integrity across multiple internal management systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros/VBA).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
