You will work closely with the management team to monitor performance, optimize inventory, and improve customer satisfaction across our various store locations. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and clean large retail datasets from various store management systems.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for management.
- Analyze sales performance and inventory turnover to provide recommendations for replenishment.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest data-backed improvements to increase efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer purchasing behavior and loyalty program trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity and security across all internal reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business insights.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
