Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to support business requirements and strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to drive process improvement and efficiency.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in data analytics and visualization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Data Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and familiarity with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data.
