Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects supporting financial planning and strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain financial forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and operational KPIs to inform business decisions
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to align analytics with business objectives
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics
- 5+ years in data analytics with 3+ years in financial planning
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Certification in data analytics or financial planning (e.g., CFA, PMP) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex data
