- Create, maintain, and optimize databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned databases, providing guidance and support to team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop appropriate solutions
- Implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality and security
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
- Train and mentor junior team members on database management and analytics best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and database management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, database management, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
