Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and site workers to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications at all times.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates effectively to clients and senior management.
- Handle procurement, logistics, and resource planning for construction materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management, specifically within Data Center or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites across Malaysia.
