Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including servers, storage systems, and network equipment
- Implement proactive monitoring solutions to detect and resolve potential system failures
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry best practices
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and system configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system deployments and migrations
- Optimize power and cooling systems for energy efficiency
- Respond to emergency situations with effective troubleshooting and resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and network protocols
- Certification in data center technologies (e.g., CompTIA Server+, CCNA) preferred
- Experience with Linux/Windows server administration
- Ability to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
