Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Execute routine health checks and preventive maintenance schedules to ensure system availability.
- Respond promptly to system alerts, physical security alarms, or emergency incidents within the data center.
- Perform installation, configuration, and cabling for new hardware assets following strict industry standards.
- Maintain precise documentation of all operational activities, equipment logs, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate repairs and infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with all physical security protocols and safety regulations within the data center facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or system administration.
- Strong understanding of server hardware components, rack layouts, and structured cabling (fiber/copper).
- Experience with monitoring tools and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment to support 24/7 operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure technical situations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
