Elabram is a leading infrastructure and construction firm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center MEP Project Director to oversee critical infrastructure projects in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for directing the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a leader in the data center sector, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement complex systems that support high-performance computing environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical excellence and team cohesion.
- Manage project budgets and financial forecasting to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (HSE) and international building codes.
- Implement quality assurance processes to minimize risks and optimize system performance.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP project management, with at least 5 years in Data Center or high-tech infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of data center critical systems, including UPS, cooling, fire suppression, and power distribution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
