Elabram is seeking a highly skilled Data Center MEP Project Manager to lead MEP project delivery for state-of-the-art data center construction and operations in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
As the MEP Project Manager, you will oversee the critical physical infrastructure that keeps data centers runningâincluding power distribution, cooling systems, fire suppression, and building management systems (BMS). This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-value vendor contracts, and ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for data center construction and expansion projects.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, general contractors, and vendors to ensure designs comply with local regulations and international data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, chillers, CRAC units, and fire suppression systems.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of MEP milestones.
- Monitor project budgets, manage change orders, and mitigate risks associated with equipment delays or design modifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in critical facilities (Data Centers, Cleanrooms, or high-tech manufacturing plants).
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, power distribution, generators, BMS, and fire protection systems.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian building codes, SNI regulations, and international data center certification standards.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required for stakeholder communication.
