Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive pre-sales technical consultations to align data center solutions with client requirements
- Design and present tailored infrastructure solutions including server, storage, and networking architectures
- Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals and commercial strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and solution differentiation in the data center market
- Provide technical expertise during solution implementation and post-sales support phases
- Develop technical collateral including whitepapers and solution briefs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of pre-sales or technical sales experience with data center solutions
- Expert knowledge of virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, VMware, etc.) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record in solution design and client relationship management
