Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware, network equipment, and cooling systems
- Monitor data center performance using advanced monitoring tools and diagnostic software
- Execute preventative maintenance procedures and hardware upgrades
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Enforce security protocols and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Document all maintenance activities and create incident reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams on capacity planning and infrastructure scaling
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry certification
- Proficiency in server hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco) and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
- Strong understanding of network topologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in physically demanding environments
- Shift work availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
