In this high-impact role, you will be the architectural and engineering authority, overseeing the entire lifecycle of data centre site development—from initial site selection and feasibility studies through to final commissioning.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and engineering coordination for large-scale data centre developments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for external consultants, architects, and MEP engineering firms.
- Ensure designs comply with Tier III/IV standards, local building codes, and sustainability targets.
- Manage design budgets, project timelines, and technical documentation reviews throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IT infrastructure, operations, and procurement teams to align design requirements with commercial goals.
- Conduct rigorous site feasibility studies, power capacity analysis, and spatial planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in design efficiency and performance optimization across our regional site portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) status is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in data centre design, construction, or critical facility management.
- Deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems specific to data centres (UPS, Chiller plants, DRUPS, Fire Suppression).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and international data centre design benchmarks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
