Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end design, implementation, and deployment of data centre infrastructure solutions.
- Oversee technical projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on architectural designs and upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking, power, and cooling systems effectively.
- Monitor and optimize data centre performance, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for all clients.
- Lead and mentor junior technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stay abreast of global best practices in data centre technologies and integrate them into existing service models.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre operations, infrastructure management, or solution architecture.
- Proven expertise in server hardware, storage systems, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of Tier standard data centre operations and maintenance.
- Professional certification (e.g., CDCP, CCNP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang and handle occasional on-site technical troubleshooting.
