Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain high-volume company data into the internal management system.
  • Verify data integrity by cross-referencing entries against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Generate periodic reports to support administrative and management decision-making processes.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in any field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Data Encoder, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum of 50 WPM preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
