Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately input and update customer and client data into the company database and management systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information before processing.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
  • Prepare and format reports, documents, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Assist in the daily administrative tasks, including answering inquiries and data sorting.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive client information and company records.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Data Encoder, Clerk, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40-50 wpm).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
