- Accurately encode financial transactions into SAP accounting systems
- Verify and reconcile source documents before data entry
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for accounting records
- Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports with precision
- Support month-end closing procedures through timely data submission
- Collaborate with accounting team to resolve data discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company data security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry or clerical experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work on a contract/agency hire basis
