Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources.
- Maintain and improve existing data infrastructure to ensure high availability and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform data modeling to organize datasets for advanced analytics and reporting.
- Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain technical documentation for data architecture and operational workflows.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met across all storage and processing layers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or Scala preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and their associated data services.
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions like BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Proficiency in orchestrating workflows using tools like Airflow, Prefect, or dbt.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
