Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data from various sources.
- Implement data management best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all Bayer systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand requirements and optimize data structures for machine learning and reporting.
- Evaluate and integrate new big data technologies to continuously improve our data architecture and processing speed.
- Automate manual data tasks to increase operational efficiency and minimize errors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes, ensuring high availability and performance of data platforms.
- Provide technical documentation and guidance for data modeling and architectural designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, ETL development, or big data architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong expertise in SQL and working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data frameworks (Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop).
- Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in a diverse, global environment.
