Yafindo Global Investment is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Engineer (Business Intelligence) to join our growing data team in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources into our Data Warehouse.
- Optimize data storage, querying, and retrieval processes to ensure high performance for BI tools and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data modeling and architect efficient schemas that support complex reporting needs.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing proactive checks to resolve inconsistencies in the data ecosystem.
- Automate manual data processes to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines and architectural standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
- Proven expertise in building and managing ETL/ELT workflows.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern Data Warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake).
- Experience with data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and database management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java for data manipulation and automation.
- Familiarity with BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
