- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Optimize data storage and processing workflows to enhance performance and reduce latency.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide technical guidance to resolve them effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects successfully.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
