GITS Indonesia is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our project-based team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in architecting, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that empower our clients to make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing storage solutions, and transforming raw information into actionable insights.
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a deep understanding of modern data stacks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Software Engineers, to bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and high-level business requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from diverse sources.
- Optimize database performance and design efficient data schemas for large-scale storage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define data requirements for analytical projects.
- Implement data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security of data assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline bottlenecks and performance issues in real-time.
- Automate data processing workflows to increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data structures, pipelines, and technical architecture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in data engineering or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language like Python or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their data services.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or Hadoop.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling (star schema, snowflake).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
