Join PERSOL Indonesia as a Data Engineer (Talend) and drive data transformation initiatives for our prestigious client based in Central Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Talend for data integration and transformation
- Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow between source systems and data warehouses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of data pipelines
- Document data architecture, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues to maintain system reliability
- Stay current with Talend and data engineering best practices to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer with strong Talend expertise
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
