Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into computer databases from invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Review data for errors and correct discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems.
- Prepare and generate routine reports.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock management.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with fashion retail is an advantage.
