As a Data Entry Admin Assistant, you will be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow across departments.

You will be working on-site in one of our two available locations. The role operates on a rotating schedule: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays. This position is on a Contract/Temp basis, ideal for candidates looking for stable project-based employment within a reputable organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and spreadsheets
  • Performing regular data audits to ensure information is current and error-free
  • Providing administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, memos, packages)
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite
  • Coordinating meeting schedules, appointments, and office calendars
  • Handling basic phone inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative projects as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is an advantage
  • Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays as per the rotating schedule
