- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets
- Verify data integrity through systematic cross-checking and validation procedures
- Generate daily and weekly reports using Excel functions and formatting tools
- Process and document administrative forms with attention to detail
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Support document management and filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Comfortable proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting) and Word (document formatting)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with high accuracy (95%+)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Basic understanding of database structures preferred
