Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and maintain data related to HACCP systems, quality control checks, and food safety protocols
- Verify data accuracy by comparing information against source documents and identifying discrepancies
- Update and maintain quality control databases with production records, inspection results, and corrective actions
- Prepare and generate reports on quality metrics, food safety compliance, and process efficiency
- Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure timely data entry and reporting
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive quality control and food safety information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in food safety, quality control, or related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in data entry, preferably in food manufacturing or quality control environment
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data management
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
