Your Role and Impact

Tanggung Jawab

  • Encode, update, and maintain accurate accounting records, including invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders, into the company database.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial data against source documents and correct any discrepancies found.
  • Assist the Accounting Department in preparing daily cash position reports and monthly financial summaries.
  • Organize and manage physical and digital filing systems for accounting documents.
  • Process vendor payments and ensure timely encoding of disbursements.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding data entries and provide supporting documentation as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and sending documents to support the office team.

Kualifikasi

  • Educational Background: College level or Vocational Graduate in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in data entry, encoding, or accounting support is preferred but not required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting, and filtering).
  • Typing Proficiency: Must have fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 wpm).
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and ability to spot errors in numbers and data.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Willing to Work: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Tunasan, Metro Manila.
