We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry/Encoder/Admin Assistant to ensure the seamless flow of our office operations through accurate data management and administrative excellence.
In this hybrid role, you'll be the backbone of our administrative team, handling critical data encoding tasks while providing essential support across multiple departments. You'll maintain precise records, manage digital filing systems, and assist in streamlining office processes. This position offers unique exposure to the automotive services industry while developing versatile administrative skills in a collaborative setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately encode and update data into company databases and management systems
- Perform data validation to ensure information integrity and completeness
- Manage digital filing systems for documents, reports, and client records
- Assist in preparing administrative reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR and finance departments with documentation and data processing
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills with minimum 40 WPM and high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
