Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately inputting high volumes of data from various source documents into our proprietary database and CRM systems.
- Performing regular data audits and verification checks to ensure the integrity and consistency of information.
- Identifying, correcting, and reporting data discrepancies or technical errors to the management team.
- Updating existing client records and removing duplicate entries to maintain a clean database environment.
- Generating daily and weekly progress reports to track data throughput and quality metrics.
- Scanning and indexing physical documents into digital formats for organized archiving.
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate smooth data flow and information retrieval.
- Adhering strictly to data privacy regulations and internal confidentiality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2.5 years of proven experience in data entry, data verification, or administrative support roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to spot errors that others might overlook.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM software and cloud-based data management tools.
