Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input, update, and maintain database records in a timely manner.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and office support as needed.
- Ensure all data entry workflows adhere to company quality standards and deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative position.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and data management software.
- Exceptional typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in Davao City or willing to commute to the site.
- Willingness to adapt to operational shifts as required.
