- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across alternative investment systems
- Implement and maintain data quality frameworks to identify/resolve discrepancies
- Develop and document data management policies and procedures
- Monitor data integrity through regular audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and requirements
- Support data migration and integration projects for system enhancements
- Generate data quality reports and present findings to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data management, governance, or quality assurance
- Proficiency in SQL and data management tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica)
- Familiarity with alternative investment data structures and regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
