- Analyze and assess source/target data structures to design optimal migration strategies
- Develop comprehensive data mapping specifications ensuring field-level accuracy
- Implement and execute data validation protocols to maintain integrity pre/post migration
- Script automated migration workflows using Python and ETL tools
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align migration timelines with business goals
- Document migration processes, test cases, and incident reports
- Monitor migration performance and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise data migration projects
- Advanced proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation
- Expert knowledge of SQL databases and data modeling principles
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and governance
- Certification in data management (e.g., CDMP) is highly desirable
