Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement data privacy policies compliant with PDPA, GDPR, and other relevant regulations
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk evaluations for new projects
- Manage data subject access requests and ensure timely, accurate responses
- Coordinate privacy incident response and breach notification procedures
- Train employees on privacy protocols and compliance requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
- Prepare privacy documentation including data processing agreements and records of processing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in data privacy or compliance role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Data Privacy Act and international privacy regulations
- Certification in privacy (CIPP, CIPM) or compliance is highly desirable
- Experience with privacy impact assessments and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
