Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies aligned with PDPA, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in data handling processes
- Lead organizational responses to data breaches and privacy incidents
- Provide expert guidance on data privacy compliance to all departments
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordingly
- Train employees on data protection best practices and regulatory requirements
- Manage data subject access requests and consent mechanisms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data protection, legal compliance, or information security
- Certification in data privacy (CIPP, CIPT) or related compliance credentials
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Data Privacy Act and international privacy regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal frameworks
- Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training
