Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data models into production environments.
- Clean, transform, and manage large-scale data sets from disparate sources.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product experiments.
- Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data visualizations.
- Continuously research and implement new methodologies to improve predictive performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in core data libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into business strategy.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
