Nawa Data Solutions is seeking a talented and analytical Data Scientist to join our client's team based in Sunter, Jakarta Utara. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve specific client problems.
- Clean, aggregate, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders using data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven features into existing workflows.
- Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of new features or strategies.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in data analysis or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in Indonesian and/or English.
