Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement machine learning models for credit risk assessment and alternative scoring systems
- Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and trends that inform lending decisions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for continuous model training and validation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate model outputs into actionable business strategies
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in financial data processing
- Stay updated with industry advancements in credit scoring and data science techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in data manipulation libraries
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with credit scoring algorithms and financial data analysis
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
