Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize database infrastructure including installation, configuration, and performance tuning
- Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity across all database systems
- Design scalable data models supporting ANZ marketing campaigns and events programs
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and implement disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions
- Document database architectures, procedures, and technical specifications
- Support database migration projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Expert knowledge of SQL and major database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with database security, backup/recovery, and high-availability solutions
- Familiarity with cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
