Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, manage, and maintain enterprise database systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform regular database backups, recovery procedures, and security patches.
- Configure and troubleshoot server infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments.
- Monitor network health and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or system vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new software solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, network topologies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical support and rapid incident resolution for hardware and software-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including server management (Windows/Linux) and network administration.
- Proficiency in script automation (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) to streamline operational tasks.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle pressure in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
