Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable database schemas and architecture to support high-traffic applications.
- Monitor database performance, perform query tuning, and optimize indexing to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and data archiving strategies to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement advanced security protocols and access controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with backend developers to support application development through efficient database design and API integration.
- Automate database maintenance tasks and deployment pipelines using CI/CD methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related production incidents in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in database administration and engineering, specifically with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with database clustering, replication, and sharding techniques.
- Strong understanding of data security, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database services (AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, or Azure Database).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
