Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient database systems, data warehouses, and data marts
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards
- Optimize database performance through regular monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation
- Monitor database systems for issues and implement appropriate solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in database design and management
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Familiarity with database security best practices and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
