Circleka Indonesia Utama is seeking a highly skilled Database Engineer to join our growing technology team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data operations, responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance databases, data warehouses, and data marts.
You will collaborate closely with data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure our data infrastructure is not only reliable and secure but also optimized for complex analytics. We are looking for someone who is passionate about database performance tuning, scalability, and modern data engineering practices to help us drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust relational and non-relational database systems.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure seamless data flow into warehouses and data marts.
- Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization to ensure low-latency data retrieval.
- Implement strong security protocols, data masking, and backup/recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient data models.
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and perform capacity planning for future growth.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of database architecture, configurations, and internal procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in database engineering or data architecture roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, schema design, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
